'Pia's Table' Cookbook Launch - 9 September 2018

'Pia's Table' is my first cookbook that celebrates history, tradition, food and family. It's a place of welcome for all. Food was an important part of our family's Italian upbringing and there was a family dish suited for every occasion! I share many recipes that have been passed onto me from my mum and I hope as you read through my cookbook and stories you will feel our rich Italian heritage and traditions and into rustic Italy. There are also pasta making tips and many recipes that range from pasta, gnocchi, meats, appetisers, soups, salads, desserts and biscotti. There's definitely something for everyone.
