Refunds are only offered for misbound or faulty books or products returned within 14 days. When we use the word "faulty" this is due to production not due to damages caused by third party handlers or shipping companies. Only the cost price of the book or product will be refunded. Please contact us at piagavacooks@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving the product, if you have a claim for a faulty item. Upon review, if the item is deemed faulty, the customer must return the item by post prior to receiving a refund. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of the return.
