    I had joined forces with 2017 MasterChef alumni team Bryan Zhu, Michelle Lukman and Callan Smith. We were asked to create French food demonstrations for the first Sunshine Coast French Festival in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Also, other MasterChef alumni came to visit us over the fun and crazy weekend, our beautiful friend Nicole Stevenson and Benita Orwell!     Makes approx. 16 - 20 biscuits Ingredients: ½ cup dutch cocoa powder 1 cup caster sugar ¼ cup olive oil 2 eggs, whisked 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup plain flour 1 tsp baking powder Salt, pinch ¼ cup icing sugar, to coat biscuits Method: In a large bowl, add and mix together cocoa powder, caster sugar and olive oil.     This is a gorgeous vegetarian recipe from my parents Abruzzo region in Italy, if you love cheese, bread and delicious sugo then this is a perfect dish to try! This comforting dish is basically fried bread, egg and cheese balls in luscious tomato sugo. You can also add other herbs in the pallotte mixture but I like the simplicity of parsley.
