Focaccine - mini focaccia (without yeast)
Focaccine...mini focaccia created without yeast and either baked in the oven or padella (pan). It’s a quick dough to create and bake and can be easy prepared before a meal. Some even add potato in the dough for another level of deliciousness. The best part is enjoying focaccine filled with mortadella, prosciutto, cheese or even baked topped with rosemary and cherry tomatoes. They're even perfect to accompany a lunch or dinner meal. Even topping with both salt and a touch of c

Ingredients: DOUGH: 500g Tipo 00 or plain/bread flour 2 tsp dried yeast 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 250-280 ml luke-warm water, as neede

Quick & Easy Light Bread Rolls
Who doesn’t love fresh baked bread, I love the whole kneading, texture and baking process! Sometimes you don’t have time to go to the bakery or follow through the full bread proving process. This recipe is my fast version of a light bread roll. No need to prove the dough until you shape each roll and place onto lined trays. Then only prove for 30-40min and bake for 15-20min! You can use either butter or oil in the dough also. The result are gorgeous light, fluffy bread rolls
