Dinner 'A Night with Pia & Monica' at That's Amore Cheese - 22 November 2019

A successful dinner event 'A Night with Pia & Monica' at the That's Amore Cheese! Monica Mignone and I loved creating a menu together with Executive Chef Dario di Clerico from That's Amore Cheese highlighting gorgeous cheese with every dish. Thank you to Chef Dario who also lead the kitchen team, his talents, dish ideas and guidance was absolutely brilliant. Thank you to Serena and Lara who put the whole event together and we loved every moment. It what an amazing night!
